How the process works

    Complete the form or call us directly. Test volume and current instrument details speed up the quotation.

  2. 2. Initial discussion

    We hold a short discussion to clarify the requirement and, where useful, visit the laboratory.

  3. 3. Written quotation

    We send a written quotation itemising instrument, consumables, installation and service separately.

  4. 4. Demonstration and installation

    A demonstration can be arranged on request; after approval we set the installation schedule.

Pricing and quotation questions

What drives the price of a hematology analyzer?
The differential (3-part or 5-part), hourly capacity, CRP or ESR integration and sample mode are the main drivers. Adding installation, training and annual reagent consumption gives the total cost of ownership.
Can I request a quote for reagents only?
Yes. Send the full model name of your instrument and your monthly test count; we will produce and price the compatible list of original reagents, calibrators and control materials.
How long does a quotation take?
We reply within one business day. For standard configurations a written quotation is usually ready in one to two business days; custom configurations and project-based requests can take longer.
Is a demonstration possible before purchase?
Depending on the product group, a demonstration or on-site presentation can be arranged. Mentioning this in your request speeds up the process.
