Alfe Medical is a medical device supplier based in Ataşehir, İstanbul, working in laboratory analyzers and point-of-care testing systems. Alongside instrument sales we handle original reagent continuity and on-site technical service from a single point.
What we do
A laboratory's real risk is not buying the instrument but running out of reagents six months later and waiting on service. That is why we do not define our work as instrument sales alone: sales, uninterrupted original consumable supply and after-sales technical support are parts of the same process.
We supply laboratory analyzers across hematology, hemostasis, clinical chemistry and veterinary diagnostics, along with point-of-care testing platforms and portable monitoring systems. Requests outside these groups are covered through our sourcing network.

3. Installation and training
Installation, first calibration and quality control setup are completed, and laboratory staff receive operator training.
4. Continuity
A consumable shipment plan is built from consumption and the preventive maintenance schedule is maintained.
