Reagents, Calibrators and Consumables

Uninterrupted supply of the original reagents, calibrators and control materials matched to your instrument, on a shipment plan sized to your consumption.

A laboratory's real risk is not buying the analyzer but running out of reagents six months later. A reagent interruption makes the instrument directly unusable, so consumable supply cannot be considered separately from instrument selection.

Analyzers are validated together with the manufacturer's reagents, calibrators and control materials. Third-party products can affect measurement accuracy, quality control results and, in most cases, the instrument warranty; accreditation also requires documented lot traceability and control material compatibility.

Selection criteria

Instrument–reagent compatibility
Each instrument family has its own reagent set. The table below shows which instrument works with which consumable group; orders should reference the full instrument model name.
Consumption rate and stock plan
A shipment plan is built from your monthly test count. Excess stock creates expiry risk and low stock creates interruption risk; the right quantity is calculated from consumption.
Calibrators and control materials
Calibrators and blood controls should be planned alongside reagents. Because control material lot changes can shift quality control charts, transitions are planned in advance.
Expiry and lot tracking
Consumables carry expiry dates. Lot number and expiry tracking is required for both quality control records and audits; we run this tracking with you.
Storage conditions
Some reagents and control materials require cold chain. The laboratory's cold storage capacity should be factored into the delivery plan.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use third-party reagents on my analyzer?
Analyzers are validated together with the manufacturer's reagents and calibrators. Third-party use can affect measurement accuracy, quality control results and, in most cases, the instrument warranty. In accredited laboratories it also creates a method verification burden.
How are reagent supply interruptions avoided?
We build a scheduled shipment plan from your monthly test count. The plan is updated as consumption changes, reducing both expiry risk and stock-out risk.
Do you also supply calibrators and blood controls?
Yes. Original calibrators and blood controls are planned alongside reagents for each instrument family. Because control material lot changes can affect quality control charts, transitions are planned in advance.
How do I know which reagent fits my instrument?
The mapping table above shows the main groups. Before ordering, simply send us the full model name of your instrument and we will produce the compatible consumable list.
How are cold chain products delivered?
Reagents and control materials requiring cold chain are shipped under appropriate conditions. The laboratory's cold storage capacity is taken into account when planning delivery.
